We strive to produce the highest quality luxury cannabis cigars available. If your product has been damaged during shipping, you may file for a return with the USPS through their website. NOTE: We can only replace products if they become damaged during shipping. We cannot resell returned products because they could be contaminated by the previous customer. There are no returns except for products damaged during shipping. All returns must go through the USPS insurance claim process.
