Refund policy
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied, but we cannot assist with processing a refund for any purchase unless the product has been damaged during shipping through The United States Postal Service (USPS).
We do not guarantee delivery if you are using a mail forwarding service. These services are largely scams and we will not be able to reimburse you for any issues that could result from them tampering with, stealing, or losing your order!
Please email us at sales@highkingsoftara.com to let us know if you have any issues with the quality of your product within 7-days of delivery.
Exchange of Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged product, please email us at sales@highkingsoftara.com We will be happy to assist you with processing a return.
High Kings of Tara will only accept returns of damaged products from purchases made on highkingsoftara.com, we cannot accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store or online.
